I've followed your posts for years with infrequent comment. I thought I should add my vote of appreciation to your legions of readers.
It gets depressing trying to 'save the world' by oneself. This last week I tried out the Australian enviro-bloggers at Care2 - and found a very congenial and well-informed gang of news hawks who seemed to provide a better blend than other communities I've tried.
Feel free to 'try the water'.
