Excellent article. This connects many of the dots.
On first blush, arming the Kurds sounded feasible and a possible piece of the solution.
Likewise, linking up with the Iranians made sense. But, we have to keep telling ourselves, Iranians are not Arabs. It won't work.
And finally, our Noble peace prize winning President, can't oppose the Israelis and oil interests. Iraq 3.0 here we go.

How can the Military Industrial Complex be stopped? The Author, based upon the presented facts, acquired from public and private sources, appears quite accurate in defining the current and possibly future DOD. The main benefactors from the ongoing wars are the business who generate the weapons, support machinery and or supplies and the US politicians and politicians from countries we have invaded.
I have read the comments, Does anyone ing the federal government and or US politicians read them?

What is there response to spending billions and billions of tax dollars for this mess.

I have also learned that the recruitment of Us citizens into the military forces is in the decline. Maybe there is a message there.

I want to know how the author would stop the military machine?

What does the US really stand to gain from this failed nation building . Another dictatorship? Another kingdom? Certainly not a democracy.
